Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is hiring a Lead Filterer / Lead Qualifier to join our hybrid, day-shift team in Libis, Quezon City. You will contact new inbound leads, assess needs and budgets, qualify opportunities, and book qualified appointments for Novated Leasing Consultants, while maintaining accurate CRM records.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in lead qualification, inside sales, and strong phone-based communication, with a track record of meeting KPI targets and driving

Qualifications

• Proven background in lead qualification, appointment setting, inside sales, or contact center environments.
• Outstanding verbal communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills over the phone.
• Strong organizational habits with the ability to manage multiple leads and meet activity/qualification KPIs simultaneously.
• High proficiency in navigating CRM platforms and sales tools.
• Commercial acumen, results-oriented drive, and high reliability.

Responsibilities

• Contact new inbound leads promptly via phone and approved channels to establish rapport.
• Assess customer needs, timeframes, budgets, and vehicle preferences through targeted questioning.
• Qualify prospective leads against agreed sales criteria and identify genuine opportunities.
• Book qualified appointments for Novated Leasing Consultants and ensure smooth handover.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, logging call outcomes, customer requirements, and necessary follow-ups.
