You will coordinate with BIR, Registry of Deeds, Treasurer’s Offices, and Assessor’s Offices, monitor submitted applications, and maintain positive relationships with government agencies to ensure timely processing.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any bachelor's degree program.
• Familiar with the Cavite area.
• Proficient in numerical computations.
• Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Able to build and maintain positive relationships with others.
• Has a motorcycle and possesses a valid driver's license.
• Knowledgeable in motorcycle operation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Processes title and tax declaration transfers for fully paid buyers.
