Job summary

Suntrust Properties, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a land surveying professional to support subdivision and condominium project planning. You will analyze survey data for SDP and MDP planning stages, assess land viability, and verify property boundaries to ensure accurate master plans.

You will also prepare survey plans and technical descriptions in standard formats for government approvals and support land titling activities, including documents for building permits and financing applications.

Responsibilities

• Does computation and analysis of survey data for consideration in planning stage of the Subdivision Projects Site Development Plan (SDP) and Condominium Projects Master Site Development Plan (MDP)
• Assists in assessing the viability of raw land for acquisition; Verifies the accuracy of property boundaries
• Does computation and preparation of survey plans and technical descriptions in standard format of Subdivision Projects for approval by government agencies and in other land survey related activities for Land titling.
• Prepares survey technical documents for buyer's building permit and bank loan applications.
