Qualifications

• College graduate (preferably Business courses)
• Preferably a Licensed Real Estate Broker and can work Full-time with Suntrust.
• 10 years experience in Sales/ Real Estate Selling.
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales Management.
• With a ready organization composed of 5 Sales Managers and 5 Direct Sellers per Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.
• Finalization of housing units and subdivision amenities such as clubhouses, multi-purpose areas, swimming pool, fences, gates, guardhouses, basketball court and other amenities.
• Architectural designs and conceptualization and preparation of design schemes, plans and perspectives of vertical projects.
