Job summary

JRC VISA CONSULTANCY and IMMIGRATION SERVICES in the Philippines seeks an experienced Documents Specialist to prepare, review, and process real estate documents such as Deed of Absolute Sale, Title, Tax Declaration, MOA, and SPA. You will ensure completeness and accuracy of all required documents prior to submission and coordinate with government agencies for title transfer and tax processing.

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management or related field.
• 6 months to 3 years experience in real estate docs.
• Familiar with Philippine real estate procedures and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process real estate documents.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy before submission.
• Coordinate with government agencies for title transfer and tax processing
• Monitor taxes such as CGT, DST, and RPT
• Handle title verification, due diligence, and document authentication
• Monitor progress of title transfer and ensure timely release of new titles
• Maintain organized records of all property documents and transactions
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, brokers, and legal teams
