Role Description

The Property Specialist – Cebu Based is a full-time hybrid role, with responsibilities centered in Cebu. This role focuses on promoting and selling Shang Properties’ residential projects, guiding potential buyers and investors through the entire sales process from initial inquiry to closing.

The Property Specialist will conduct property presentations, site tours, and client meetings, while maintaining strong relationships with prospects through timely follow-ups and professional communication. The role includes coordinating with internal teams on documentation, pricing, and inventory, ensuring accurate information and compliance with company policies. The Property Specialist will also participate in marketing and sales events, monitor market trends, and contribute insights to improve sales strategies and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including the ability to present, negotiate, and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Candidates should have knowledge or experience in Residential Real Estate, including familiarity with condominium living, buyer preferences, and local market trends.
• Relevant experience in real estate, property development, or related industries is an advantage.
