Role Description:

The Property Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Marilao, focused on promoting and selling residential and commercial properties within Megaworld projects. Daily responsibilities include engaging prospective clients through face-to-face meetings, calls, and digital channels; presenting property features and investment benefits; and leading clients through the end-to-end sales process. The role involves conducting site tours, preparing sales proposals, coordinating documentation, and maintaining accurate records of leads and client interactions. The Property Specialist also collaborates with the sales team and management to achieve individual and team targets, participates in marketing activities, and provides attentive after-sales support to strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, client care, and building long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess knowledge or experience in Commercial Real Estate, including understanding of property value, leasing, and investment considerations.
• Candidates should possess knowledge or experience in Residential Real Estate, including familiarity with housing developments and buyer requirements.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, with the ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Relevant experience in property sales, brokerage, or real estate marketing is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Marilao, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Basic proficiency in office productivity tools and digital communication platforms; willingness to learn internal systems.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage but not strictly required; equivalent practical experience is valued.
