Job summary

SM Supermalls in Angeles, Pampanga, seeks a Property Administration Officer to support housekeeping, utilities monitoring, and facility maintenance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and compliance reporting.

You will coordinate with tenants from pre-construction to operation, handle documentation and permit renewals, and contribute to trainings and organizational learning initiatives while working at SM Clark Tower.

Qualifications

• Oversee building administration, including housekeeping, utilities monitoring, and facility maintenance.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and construction with engineering/technical teams.
• Manage tenant relations from pre-construction to operation with timely resolutions and reporting.
• Handle documentation, report preparation, permit renewals, and government coordination.
• Promote training and organizational learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building administration, including housekeeping, utilities monitoring, and facility maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and cleanliness.
• Conduct regular inspections and coordinate repairs, maintenance, and construction activities with engineering and technical teams.
• Manage tenant relations from pre-construction to operation, ensuring compliance, timely resolutions of concerns, and accurate reporting of sales and utilities.
• Handle administrative functions such as documentation, report preparation, permit renewals, and coordination with government agencies.
