Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Building Maintenance Technology, or a business-related field.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in building/property administration or related field.
• Willingness to work with minimal supervision and on a flexible schedule.
• Willingness to be assigned to SM Clark Tower.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building administration, including housekeeping, utilities monitoring, and facility maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and cleanliness.
• Coordinate inspections and repairs with engineering/technical teams.
• Manage tenant relations from pre-construction to operation with timely resolutions and reporting of sales and utilities.
• Handle documentation, report preparation, permit renewals, and coordination with government agencies.
• Promote learning and professional growth through targeted training and organizational learning initiatives.
