Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Property Manager to supervise day-to-day facilities operations for assigned commercial and vertical properties in Metro Manila, with on-site supervision and regular site inspections.

The role requires 2–3 years in property or facilities management, knowledge of building systems, budgeting, tenant relations, and contractor coordination. Caloocan City assignment; competitive compensation and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Property Management, Business Administration, or related field is advantageous.
• 2–3 years of experience in property or facilities management.
• Experience with commercial buildings and vertical properties (offices, condominiums, mixed-use).
• Supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of building operations, preventive maintenance, tenant relations and budgeting.
• Familiar with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day property management operations of assigned commercial and vertical properties.
• Ensure proper maintenance of building systems, common areas, and tenant spaces per safety and quality standards.
• Manage maintenance requests and oversee preventive and corrective building maintenance.
• Coordinate and monitor contractors, service providers, and suppliers to ensure service quality and cost control.
• Prepare and submit regular operational, technical, and financial reports.
• Coordinate with tenants, property owners, and internal teams to maintain positive tenant relations.
