Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Property Manager to oversee all aspects of a single commercial building, including operations and finances. The role involves tenant relations, budget development, vendor management, and coordination with owners.

The incumbent will ensure compliance with lease terms, manage annual operating and capital budgets, and deliver regular performance reports to owners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Licensed Electrical/Mechanical license is required.
• 2–3 years of work experience as Property Manager or Building Manager.
• Experience managing an office building is advantageous.
• Willing to be assigned in Taytay, Rizal.
• Amenable to Mondays–Saturdays work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Responds to tenant needs and ensures problems are resolved promptly by admin and technical staff.
• Ensures periodic property inspections and recommends maintenance or reconditioning as needed.
• Bids, secures, and administers service agreements with vendors to achieve best value.
• Coordinates tenant move-ins/outs and walk-throughs with tenants and improvement department.
• Acts as primary contact with property owners and prepares timely reports.
