Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. seeks a Property/Building Manager to oversee a commercial office building. You will handle operations and financial activities, work with tenants, and supervise staff to ensure service delivery aligns with policies and lease terms.

Role requires 2–3 years in property management, a licensed electrical or mechanical professional, and willingness to work in Taytay, Rizal with a Monday–Saturday schedule. Previous building management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed electrical or mechanical professional.
• 2–3 years' work experience as Property Manager or Building Manager.
• Experience managing an office building is highly advantageous.
• Willing to be assigned in Taytay, Rizal and amenable to Monday–Saturday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant needs and coordinate with administrative and building staff to resolve problems promptly.
• Conduct regular property inspections and approve alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning as necessary.
• Bid, secure, and administer service agreements with vendors to achieve best value for services and products.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins/move-outs and conduct walk-throughs with tenants and the tenant improvement department.
