Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Quezon City is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a single commercial office property. You will manage operations and financial activities, coordinate with tenants, and ensure service quality.

The role requires 2–3 years of property management experience, a licensed electrical/mechanical qualification, and willingness to be based in Cubao, Quezon City. The position is full-time and on-site.

Qualifications

• Licensed Electrical/Mechanical qualification is required.
• 2–3 years' experience as Property Manager or Building Manager.
• Experience managing an office building is advantageous.
• Willing to be assigned in Cubao, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Responds to tenant needs and ensures staff resolve problems promptly within policies and standards.
• Ensures periodic property inspections and approves necessary alterations or maintenance.
• Bids, secures, and administers service agreements with vendors for best value.
• Coordinates tenant move-ins/move-outs and walkthroughs with tenants and the improvement department.
• Acts as Owner Representative and prepares timely, accurate reports.
• Develops and controls annual operating and capital budgets; prepares monthly performance reports.
• Establishes facility preparation and recovery strategies for business continuity.
• Collects rent and pays expenses; prepares legal notices and coordinates action as needed.
• Reviews CAM recovery and tenant rent charges.
• Develops relationships through professional/trade/civic organizations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
