Key Responsibilities

A. Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations of short-term rental properties
• Manage housekeeping, maintenance teams, and external vendors
• Ensure properties are guest-ready and maintained to high standards
• Monitor occupancy rates, guest reviews, and service performance
• Implement systems to improve operational efficiency

B. Property and Asset Management

• Conduct regular property inspections
• Develop preventive maintenance programs
• Manage repair schedules and vendor contracts
• Control operational costs while maintaining quality standards
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and safety standards

C. Construction and Renovation Projects

• Plan, budget, and manage renovation and improvement projects
• Oversee contractors, engineers, architects, and suppliers
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Implement cost control and quality assurance measures

D. Project Management

• Develop project timelines and resource plans
• Conduct site visits and progress evaluations
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Prepare progress and performance reports for management

E. Guest Experience and Quality Control

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetics
