Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, financial performance, and tenant relations of assigned residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties. This role ensures properties are well-maintained, fully leased, financially optimized, and compliant with local regulations while delivering high levels of tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Property Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties.
- Ensure properties are maintained in excellent condition.
- Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance issues promptly.
- Supervise on-site staff, contractors, and service providers.
Tenant Relations & Leasing
- Manage tenant communications and resolve concerns or complaints.
- Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
- Coordinate marketing and leasing activities to maintain high occupancy rates.
- Enforce lease terms and property rules.
- Prepare and manage property budgets.
- Monitor income, expenses, and cash flow.
- Oversee rent collection and follow up on delinquencies.
- Review and approve invoices and vendor payments.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
- Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure quality work delivery and cost efficiency
- Monitor compliance with service agreements.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with local housing laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain insurance coverage and safety standards.
- Handle legal notices, disputes, and regulatory documentation as required.
Qualifications
Educat
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field preferred.
Experience
- 3–5+ years of property management experience.
- Experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of property operations and leasing processes.
- Financial management and budgeting skills.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
Working Conditions
