Job Description

I. Role Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Operation Manager to oversee the daily operations of our salon specializing in hair, nail, and eyelash services.
• The ideal candidate has strong service industry experience (preferably in health and beauty), with solid knowledge of financial management and staff leadership.
• This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring exceptional customer experience, managing staff performance, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• A. Operations Management
  • Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth workflow
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, service quality, and client satisfaction
  • Monitor appointment scheduling and optimize chair/technician utilization
  • Implement and improve operational processes
• B. Staff Management and Leadership
  • Supervise sales performance of assigned branch(es) and key personnel
  • Conduct performance evaluations of assigned branch(es) and key personnel
  • Collaborate with Human Resources on hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives
• C. Financial Management
  • Monitor daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales, revenue targets, and service performance
  • Manage operating budgets and control expenses
  • Track payroll, commissions, and incentives
  • Analyze financial reports (P&L) and identify improvement opportunities
  • Implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• D. Customer Experience and Sales Growth
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • Develop promotions and upselling strategies
  • Monitor online reviews and reputation management
  • Drive client retention and loyalty programs
• E. Inventory and Vendor Management
  • Monitor product inventory and reorder supplies
  • Negotiate with suppliers and manage vendor relationships

Experience and Skills Required
