Our client, a growing property and facilities management company, is looking for a Property Engineer to oversee the maintenance, repair, and day-to-day technical condition of multiple properties.
This role is ideal for an engineering professional who is hands-on, technically knowledgeable, and comfortable managing building systems, preventive maintenance, STP operations, contractors, and multiple sites.
Location: Pasig City
Work Setup: Onsite
Oversee building repair and maintenance activities across assigned properties.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify facility and equipment concerns.
Plan, prioritize, and monitor repair works to ensure timely and quality completion.
Monitor building systems and equipment, including HVAC, generators, pumps, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for critical equipment.
Monitor and oversee Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) operations, including routine checks, readings, and documentation.
Ensure STP operations comply with applicable environmental and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, service providers, Property Administrators, and site personnel.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment logs, and reports.
Conduct regular site rounds and proactively identify potential equipment or facility issues.
Prepare reports on repair works, STP status, preventive maintenance, and overall facility conditions.
Escalate major technical and facility concerns and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Licensed Engineer is an advantage.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in property engineering, facilities engineering, building maintenance, or a similar role.
Experience handling multiple properties or sites is preferred.
Knowledge of building mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems.
Experience in STP operations and monitoring is an advantage.
Strong understanding of preventive maintenance and equipment monitoring.
Experience coordinating contractors and external service providers.
Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Hands‑on, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
Willing to conduct regular site visits as required.
