Job summary

DMCI Homes Property Management Corp. is seeking a Facilities Engineer to oversee technical maintenance and upkeep of the property and its facilities.

You will establish maintenance strategies to keep equipment fully operational and well-kept while ensuring aesthetics and safety of the property. The role requires 1+ year of experience in facilities engineering within real estate, and involves inspecting equipment such as elevators, generators, STPs, and pumps, with focus on timely service

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related courses.
• With at least 1 year work experience as Facilities Engineer or other equivalent positions from a real estate property that includes maintenance of equipment and customer service.
• Must have in depth knowledge and skills in operating and maintaining property equipment such as elevators, generator sets, sewage treatment plants, pumps, etc.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical maintenance and upkeep of the property and its facilities and equipment.
• Establish and implement maintenance strategies and protocols to ensure that all facilities and equipment are fully-operational and are well-kept.
• Ensure the upkeep of the aesthetics and functionality of the property and its amenities and facilities by regularly inspecting the façade and structure.
• Attend to unit concerns and provide recommendations in resolving unit issues.
• Recommend programs, strategies, and protocols that will improve the functionality and maintenance of the equipment on site.
• Ensure that the property is safe from technical hazards and dangers and is secured at all times.
• Participate in establishing a healthy community relationship by assisting the Property Manager in the conduct of community development programs.
• Achieve excellent customer experience by ensuring that the technical services of the property management office are delivered timely (within SLA) and with quality.
