About the role

We are seeking a Property Custodian to join our team at our Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental location. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the security, maintenance, and proper management of our company's physical assets and facilities. As Property Custodian, you will be responsible for safeguarding our property, equipment, and inventory, whilst maintaining a safe and organised environment for all staff members and visitors. This role is essential to our operational success and directly contributes to the protection of company assets and the smooth functioning of our retail and buying operations.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the security and protection of company property, equipment, and assets at all times
• Maintaining comprehensive records and documentation of all company property and inventory movements
• Conducting regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, or security concerns
• Ensuring proper storage and organisation of company equipment and materials in designated areas
• Managing access to restricted areas and monitoring entry and exit of personnel and materials
• Reporting any damage, loss, or theft of company property to management immediately
• Performing routine maintenance tasks and coordinating with external maintenance providers when necessary
• Maintaining cleanliness and order throughout company facilities and grounds
• Assisting with the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory and supplies
• Keeping detailed logs of all activities, incidents, and maintenance performed

• Proven experience in property management, facility maintenance, security, or custodial roles
