Boutique Outsource Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking a Client Support Officer in Ortigas, Pasig, to deliver exceptional customer service for Australian clients. You will handle inquiries, manage contracts, and provide proactive solutions while following established processes.

The role emphasizes listening, rapport-building, and ownership of customer issues, with opportunities to grow through training and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not required; open to capable fresh graduates.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to listen, understand, and provide solutions.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig with a 6:30 AM Manila time shift.

Responsibilities

• Handle emails and calls with Australian clients and team members.
• Provide excellent customer service and admin support for property purchases in Queensland.
• Build rapport, understand needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Review property contracts and keep the client management system updated.
• Follow processes and take ownership of inquiries to resolve issues.
• Work with the team to achieve great client outcomes.
• Participate in training to learn Queensland property buying/selling.
