Job summary

Anchor Land Holdings Inc. is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee a major project in Manila.

You will implement uniform financial and operational reporting, manage budgets, and coordinate with owners and consultants to ensure value and compliance. The role requires at least 5 years of property management experience, familiarity with building/hotel operations, strong interpersonal and customer-service skills, and solid computer proficiency to handle daily, monthly, and annual reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical), Architecture, Property Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in property management.
• Experience in Building/ Hotel Operations.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service orientation and project management skills.
• Computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting procedures.
• Prepares annual operating and capital budgets, cash flow and management accounting reports.
• Assists owners with insurance administration for the project.
• Analyzes actual vs budgeted expenses including irregular items and variances.
• Reports to owners/condominium corporation on project performance and policy.
• Applies oversight over consultants, advisers and contractors as needed for project management.
• Collects dues and ensures prompt payment to minimize delinquencies.
• Maintains daily, monthly, quarterly and annual transaction records and reports.
