Qualifications

• Requires at least 5 years’ experience in property management.
• Experience in Building/Hotel Operations is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation with solid project management skills.
• Proficient in computer applications and systems used for reporting and administration.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains uniform financial and operational reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Prepares annual operating and capital budgets, cash flow, and management accounting reports.
• Assists owners with insurance administration for the project or property.
• Analyzes actual vs. budgeted expenses and advises on variances and irregularities.
• Oversees contractors, consultants, and concessionaires with owner approval to ensure proper project management.
• Collects dues and assessments and minimizes delinquencies.
