Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in property management or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of leases, contracts and housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources and ensure smooth operations across departments.
• Plan, budget, report and implement actions to achieve objectives.
• Oversee rent collection, record keeping and financial monitoring.
• Manage lease renewals, approvals and tenant communications.
• Prepare and monitor operating budgets and monthly expense allocation.
• Maintain records of leases, notices, and required documentation.
• Coordinate with local authorities on compliance and safety matters.
