Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to take hands-on ownership of day-to-day hotel, residential rental, and property management operations in Malate, Manila. The role emphasizes OPEX control, budgeting, and leadership while maintaining guest and resident service standards.

You will oversee front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and vendors, with a clear path toward broader revenue and P&L ownership and eventual General Manager responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in hospitality or property operations.
• Experience leading supervisors or team leads.
• Strong understanding of hotel or property operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across hotel, residential rentals, and related property operations.
• Oversee front office, housekeeping, maintenance, rentals, and administrative functions through team leads and supervisors.
• Manage third‑party contractors and service providers and ensure SOPs and KPI dashboards are in place.
• Monitor OPEX and budgeting, identify cost-savings opportunities, and report on performance to owners.
• Drive service standards and operational improvements to enhance guest and resident experience.
• Progress toward broader commercial responsibilities, including occupancy, pricing, and profitability.
