Job summary

Anchor Land Holdings Inc. is seeking a Property Accountant to handle property management accounting, prepare financial statements, and coordinate with the PM and treasury. The role involves maintaining books, reconciling accounts, and supporting annual budgeting.

The ideal candidate has a BS Accountancy with 1–2 years in property accounting and strong computer skills. This is a project-based contract location Parañaque/Pasay, Manila.

Qualifications

• College Graduate in BS Accountancy or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in property management accounting, financial reporting, and taxation.
• Preferably experience in finance/audit/tax or equivalent but not required.
• Computer Proficient.

Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and related documents.
• Record transactions in ledgers and general ledger promptly.
• Prepare monthly trial balance, financial statements, and schedules.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
