Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Automation)
• At least 3 years in industrial automation in manufacturing
• Proven automation project leadership
• Strong hands-on PLC programming, Siemens and Beckhoff preferred
• Experience with SCADA, SQL, and industrial networks

What you will do

• Optimize and support automation systems including Siemens, Beckhoff, KNX, CAN Bus, Profibus, and Profinet platforms.

• Maintain and troubleshoot SCADA, PLC, DCS, BMS, and other Industrial Automation Control Systems (IACS).

• Support software modifications, debugging activities, and MES system enhancements for production machinery.

• Lead factory automation audits, health checks, and robustification initiatives to ensure compliance with engineering standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams while providing technical support and knowledge sharing to fellow engineers.

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field).

• At least 3 years of industrial automation experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Proven experience leading automation projects.

• Strong hands-on PLC programming skills, preferably Siemens and Beckhoff.

• Experience with SCADA, SQL, and industrial communication networks.

• Knowledge of robotics and instrumentation is an advantage.

• Licensed Engineer preferred but not required.

• Hands-on, proactive problem solver with strong troubleshooting skills.

• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
