The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on automation experience, is proficient with WinCC/TIA Portal, GX Works2/3, and ISPSoft/WPLSoft, and can troubleshoot control panels, read schematics, and deliver FAT/SAT-ready projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement PLC ladder logic, function blocks, and structured text for automated machinery.
• Develop intuitive HMI/SCADA interfaces using Siemens WinCC/TIA Portal, Mitsubishi GOT/GT Designer, and Delta DOPSoft.
• Program and integrate PLC platforms: Siemens S7-1200/1500/300/400; Mitsubishi FX/Q/iQ-R; Delta DVP/AS/AH.
• Configure Modbus, Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, and CC-Link networks.
• Integrate drives, sensors, encoders, and third-party instruments; perform FAT/SAT and on-site commissioning.
• Troubleshoot faults, diagnose hardware/wiring issues, and optimize automation code.
• Prepare documentation including FDS, IO lists, control narratives, and user manuals.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented PLC Programmer with at least 3 years of hands-on expertise in industrial automation and control systems. In this role, you will design, program, test, and commission PLC and HMI/SCADA systems, primarily working with major industry platforms including Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Delta.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement PLC ladder logic, function blocks, and structured text programs for automated machinery and industrial processes.
• Develop intuitive HMI/SCADA interfaces using Siemens WinCC/TIA Portal, Mitsubishi GOT/GT Designer, and Delta DOPSoft.
• Program and integrate major PLC platforms:
  • Siemens: S7-1200, S7-1500, S7-300/400 using TIA Portal and STEP 7.
  • Mitsubishi: FX Series, Q Series, iQ-R Series using GX Works2 / GX Works3.
  • Delta: DVP / AS / AH Series using ISPSoft or WPLSoft.
• Configure industrial communication protocols such as Modbus (RTU/TCP), Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, and CC-Link.
• Integrate VFDs, servo drives, sensors, encoders, and third-party instruments with control systems.
• Perform complete factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), hardware loop testing, and on-site commissioning.
• Troubleshoot system faults, diagnose control panel hardware/wiring issues, and optimize existing automation code.
• Prepare detailed documentation including functional design specifications (FDS), IO lists, control narratives, and user manuals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Instrumentation, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of core experience in PLC and HMI programming for industrial automation.
• Platform Expertise: Hands-on proficiency with Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Delta software and hardware ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of industrial instrumentation, relay logic, control panel wiring, and safety circuits.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, P&ID diagrams, and IO layouts.
• Solid analytical and fault-finding skills under real-world factory conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with additional PLC brands (e.g., Allen-Bradley/Rockwell, Omron, Schneider).
• Familiarity with Industrial IoT (IIoT), MQTT, OPC UA, or database integration (SQL/Python).
• Knowledge of robotic integration or vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
