Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Automation)
At least 3 years in industrial automation in manufacturing
Proven automation project leadership
Strong hands-on PLC programming, Siemens and Beckhoff preferred
Experience with SCADA, SQL, and industrial networks

Responsibilities

Optimize and support automation systems including Siemens, Beckhoff, KNX, CAN Bus, Profibus, and Profinet platforms.
Maintain and troubleshoot SCADA, PLC, DCS, BMS, and other Industrial Automation Control Systems (IACS).
Support software modifications, debugging activities, and MES system enhancements for production machinery.
Lead factory automation audits, health checks, and robustification initiatives to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams while providing technical support and knowledge sharing to fellow engineers.
