Job summary

Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. in Quezon City is seeking a Project Turnover Coordinator to ensure project readiness by coordinating with the Project Management, Site, and Development teams.

You will secure all turnover requirements and prepare notices for accounts according to the established timeline. The role involves facilitating Client Punch Lists, documenting concerns, and preparing monthly project reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, architecture or related field with strong reading of drawings.
• Proven ability to read plans and convey technical information clearly.
• Experience with punch listing and site quality control is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project readiness by pre-turnover inspections and cross-team coordination.
• Secure all turnover requirements prior to turnover, such as documents and guidelines.
• Prepare and release Notices of Turnover to accounts per timeline.
• Facilitate Client Punch List and document concerns when needed.
• Prepare monthly project accomplishment reports.
• Prepare and maintain Tenant Movement Updates.
