Qualifications

• Must be a college graduate.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; general office tools.
• At least 1 year of working experience in Property Management.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills and detail-oriented.
• Preferably owns a motorcycle.
• Willing to be assigned in Laguna and Cavite projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the center of communication among Property, Customer Advocacy, Collections and Construction teams for turnover of units.
• Address buyers' queries and requests via email and phone calls.
• Schedule inspections, site visits, turnover and repairs based on construction completion and LR requirements.
• Prepare and collate turnover kits for different unit configurations.
• Coordinate all set schedules with the site team.
• Prepare Buyers Action Forms outlining buyer requests during construction and ensure conditions are met.
• Prepare clearances and routing for signatures to CAD and Collections prior to handover.
• Assist in collecting and invoicing, ensuring proper channeling, receipting and remittance per procedures.
• Collateral of all buyer forms on site for submission and filing.
• Assist hand over of units on site, ensuring units are checked, cleaned and ready.
• Record buyers' findings, requests and complaints at handover for immediate resolution.
• Aide in site property activities for logistics and events.
• Monitor buyers dockets to ensure all turnover documents are inputted and issues documented.
• Assist Property Group Head by coordinating instructions between security, maintenance, staff and 3rd parties.
• Maintain filing of all forms, reports, schedules and documents.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
