Job summary

Rockwell Land Corporation is seeking a proactive coordinator to manage the handover process of units and address Owner expectations. You will coordinate with Leasing, PMO and banks to ensure smooth turnover and complete documentation for each handover.

You should graduate from a four-year program (Customer Service, Engineering or Architecture-related) and bring 0–3 years of experience, with strong communication, urgency, and organizational skills. The role is based in Quezon City, Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Handling Unit Owners' concerns and requests in relation to acceptance of the physical unit.
• Punchlisting (RI/CO) of units prior to turnover.
• Coordination with internal groups for the final handover of keys.
• Makes sure that he/she delivers quality units.
• Prepare handover documents and contracts.
• Prepare presentations for virtual viewing and acceptance.
• Coordination with Leasing for the leasing orientation.
• Coordination with PMO for the House Rules guidelines and orientation.
• Coordination with UO and bank in relation to bank financing concerns.
