Job summary

PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. in Gapan, Nueva Ecija is seeking a dedicated Turnover Assistant to support the turnover process of residential units.

You will coordinate with Technical Operations Group to ensure buyers are eligible and to prepare units for turnover. Responsibilities include inspecting units, accepting deliveries from Technical Operations, and assisting buyers with move-in, inspections, rectifications, and renovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Experience as Turnover Assistant or Handover Assistant in real estate preferred.
• Experience in Punchlisting and Quality Control.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Gapan, Nueva Ecija.

Responsibilities

• Ensure eligibility of buyers prior to turnover of units.
• Inspect and accept units from Technical Operations Group for turnover to clients.
• Assist buyers in turnover, move-in, inspection, rectification, and renovation of units in coordination with Technical Operations Group.
