Job summary

PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. is seeking a Turnover Engineer/Assistant to manage turnover documentation, coordinate with PMG/Construction for inspections and key issuance, and guide clients through unit turnover.

This role emphasizes QA, punchlisting, client communication, and reporting turnover status to ensure timely handovers and high client satisfaction. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and 1–2 years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field.
• 1–2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Preferably with Turnover Engineer/Assistant or Handover Engineer/Assistant experience from a real estate company.
• Licensed Engineer is a plus but not required.
• With relevant experience in Punchlisting and Quality Assurance and Control.
• High average communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of turnover-related documents.
• Prepare complete turnover documents for client release (as-built plans, warranties, user manuals).
• Track and follow up documentation deliverables from contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor units with existing punch list items prior to Client's Unit Inspection date.
• Coordinate with PMG/Construction for controlled issuance of unit keys for inspections and turnovers.
• Assist clients during inspections and re-inspection of punch list items; document findings.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related technical field

1-2 years of working experience

Turnover/HandOver experience (preferred)

Licensed Engineer (plus)

Punchlisting and QA & QC

Strong communication skills
