Job summary

SM Development Corporation seeks a Finishing Assistant to support the Finishing Lead in executing, monitoring, and documenting finishing work across residential, parking, and common areas. The role ensures timely coordination, verification, and reporting to meet turnover, safety, and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in construction, engineering, or project supervision.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Turnover Assistance Team to reach Full Acceptance status for residential units.
• Oversee documentary close-out and ensure compliance with standards.
• Prepare and review reports on unit status and project progress.
• Coordinate with External Construction Management teams, contractors, and staff.
