About the role

Fibre Home is seeking an experienced Project Supervisor - Telco Solar to join our dynamic engineering team. This is a full-time position based in Cavite, Calabarzon, where you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of telecommunications solar energy projects. As Project Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all solar installations for telecommunications infrastructure meet our exacting standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. This position is essential to our strategic expansion of renewable energy solutions within the telecommunications sector, and you will be instrumental in delivering projects that drive our company's growth and environmental objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of telco solar project execution from inception to completion
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within financial parameters
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to verify adherence to technical specifications and safety standards
• Supervise and coordinate work performed by contractors, installation teams, and subcontractors on-site
• Liaise with telecommunications clients to understand project requirements and maintain regular communication regarding project progress
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and completion records
• Troubleshoot technical and logistical issues as they arise, implementing solutions to keep projects on track
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to resolve technical challenges and optimise project outcomes
• Train and mentor junior supervisory staff and technical personnel on-site procedures and safety protocols

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project supervision, with at least 2 years specifically in solar energy or renewable energy projects
• Proven experience in telecommunications infrastructure projects or similar technical installations
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, solar photovoltaic technology, and power distribution systems
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with experience using scheduling and budgeting software
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise diverse teams and manage contractor relationships effectively
• In-depth understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and regulations applicable to construction and electrical work
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Filipino language proficiency is advantageous
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments
• Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), OHSAS 18001, or equivalent health and safety qualifications are highly desirable
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required
