Fibre Home in Cavite, Calabarzon seeks an experienced Project Supervisor - Telco Solar to lead telecom solar installations from planning through completion. Based on-site, you will drive schedules, budgets, safety compliance, and coordination among on-site teams and contractors to deliver projects on time and within scope.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering and at least five years in project supervision, including two years in solar/renewable energy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• At least 5 years in project supervision; 2+ years in solar/renewable energy.
• Experience in telecom infrastructure projects and PV systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee telco solar project execution from start to finish.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to meet targets.
• Conduct site inspections and safety/quality checks to ensure standards.
• Coordinate with contractors on-site and liaise with clients on progress.
• Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and completion records.
