Thames International School seeks a Project Supervisor – Government Contracts & PPP to lead day-to-day tactical execution and strict compliance with Philippine procurement standards. You will manage field stakeholders and drive milestones to on-time completion.

The Project Supervisor – Government Contracts & Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) leads the day-to-day tactical execution, monitoring, and compliance of active government contracts and public-private sector initiatives. Operating at the ground level of implementation, this role enforces operational discipline, drives task completion within tight deadlines, manages field/operational stakeholders, and ensures all deliverables strictly comply with Philippine procurement standards and contractual terms.
Lead the day-to-day implementation of government contracts and PPP projects, ensuring tasks and milestones are completed on schedule.
Enforce operational discipline by maintaining project trackers, field dashboards, and reporting systems to hold execution teams accountable.
Drive site-level or departmental workflows to turn project targets into measurable outcomes, revenue conversion, and documented stakeholder benefits.
Serve as the primary ground-level point of contact between government agency representatives, private sector partners, sub-contractors, and internal implementation teams.
Maintain assertive, transparent communication across all working groups to prevent execution delays and streamline approvals.
Guarantee strict daily adherence to Philippine procurement laws (RA 9184), institutional regulations, and contractual obligations.
Build and maintain comprehensive, audit-ready project documentation, site logs, turn-over certificates, and compliance reports.
Identify operational execution risks, bottlenecks, and compliance gaps early at the field level.
Implement rapid corrective action plans and escalated complex regulatory or contract risks to project leadership when necessary.

Organizational & Audit Discipline: Meticulous attention to detail regarding contract compliance, milestone tracking, and record-keeping.
Assertive Communication: Direct, professional verbal and written communication skills tailored for government and corporate counterparties.
Operational Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly diagnose field gaps, resolve bottlenecks, and enforce corrective measures under pressure.
Digital PM Tooling: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and KPI tracking dashboards.
Resilience & Ambiguity Navigation: Emotional steadiness in fast-changing, high-pressure environments while keeping teams focused on deliverables.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of project supervision or field lead experience, with at least 2 years directly supporting government contracts or PPP projects in the Philippines.
Regulatory Knowledge: Solid working familiarity with Philippine government procurement processes, compliance standards, and regulatory frameworks.
Track Record: Demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion within timeline, budget, and compliance targets.
Certifications: CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, or safety/quality management certifications are a strong advantage.
Industry Background: Experience in PMO, consulting, BPO, EdTech, construction, or operations management handling public sector accounts is preferred.
