Job summary

Beyond Innovations Inc. is seeking a proactive Project Sales Officer to build and maintain B2B relationships, drive revenue, and meet sales targets across assigned markets.

You will identify opportunities, present solutions, conduct client visits and prepare proposals while coordinating with product management, logistics, and marketing to ensure project success. Eastwood, QC-based role with field work involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (marketing, advertising, management, communications or electrical engineering).
• 1-2 years of experience in project sales, commercial sales, or B2B sales (preferably in electrical, smart home automation or AV industries).
• Basic knowledge of electronic or technical components.
• Willing to conduct field work and client visits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Eastwood, Bagumbayan Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new project sales opportunities within assigned territories or market segments.
• Promote and present the company's products and solutions for project specifications and requirements.
• Conduct product presentations, site visits, and client meetings to support project requirements.
• Prepare project proposals, quotations, and technical documentation based on client needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as product management, technical support, logistics, and marketing to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress from specification stage to project completion and delivery.
• Maintain updated records of sales activities, client interactions, and project pipelines.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the Commercial Sales Department.
• Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and customer requirements to management.

About the role

The Project Sales Officer is responsible for creating mutually advantageous relationships with organizations by building and maintaining accounts that will actively meet and exceed all sales targets and profit margins.

Key responsibilities
