Job summary

BeyondNorm Glass is seeking a Project Sales Consultant to help homeowners choose premium glass windows and doors in Silang, Cavite. You will chat with customers, explain product features, and prepare quotations with support from our technical team.

You’ll follow up on inquiries, turn interest into projects, and build strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, architects, and designers. Fresh graduates are welcome and commuting daily to Carolina Center, Puting Kahoy, Silang, Cavite is

We specialize in premium aluminum windows, glass doors, and modern architectural solutions for beautiful homes and buildings.

You don't need to be an expert in windows and doors. We'll help you learn!

Salary & Earning Opportunities

• Basic Salary: ₱600 per day (approximately ₱15,600 monthly based on 26 working days)
• Sales Commissions: 1%–3% based on applicable sales and discount rates
• Monthly Performance Bonuses: Additional rewards for achieving sales targets
• Quarterly Team Incentives: bonus pool for teams achieving quarterly sales, shared according to company policy
• 13th-Month Pay
• Annual Performance Bonus: subject to performance and eligibility

Estimated Monthly Earning Potential: ₱35,000–₱45,000

With excellent performance, you can earn even more!

Estimated earnings include basic salary, commissions, and applicable individual performance bonuses and team performance. Actual income varies depending on sales results and eligibility.
