Job summary

You will be responsible for product presentations, proposal deliveries, and negotiating deals to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate has at least a bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in the industry, possesses strong communication skills, and is willing to travel for client meetings. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain harmonious relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients, highlighting the features of our products and services.
• Deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals to meet sales targets.
• Follow up on progress billing payment to the client.
• Collaborate with the Design Department, Costing Department, Installation Group, and Fabrication Department to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities even after sales.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, such as revenue targets, conversion rates, and client acquisition costs.
• Good critical thinking.
• Know how to set priorities.
• Other tasks as may be assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements
