About the Role

Aguila Glass is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team covering the NCR/Metro Manila region. In this full-time role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for generating new business, managing key accounts, and consistently hitting sales targets to fuel the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Proactively find new leads through cold calling, networking, and industry research.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term partnerships with both new and existing clients to encourage loyalty and future business.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and deliver persuasive presentations tailored to a client's specific business challenges.
• Contract Negotiation: Handle terms, pricing, and objections to close deals and finalize agreements.
• Strategic Planning: Develop sales strategies and territory plans to consistently meet or exceed monthly or quarterly quotas.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure the company can fulfill client requirements effectively.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions using tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
