About the Role

Aguila Glass is seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Representative who serves as a vital link between the company and its customers. The primary objective is to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and converting prospects into loyal clients. This role requires a high-energy professional who can navigate the entire sales cycle—from initial cold outreach and discovery calls to product demonstrations and final contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Hunting for new business through cold calling, networking, social selling (social media), and following up on marketing leads.
• Relationship Management: Building long-term trust with existing clients to encourage renewals and upsells.
• Product Expertise: Conducting deep‑dive demos or presentations that clearly explain the value proposition.
• Negotiation: Handling objections and navigating contract terms to reach a "win‑win" agreement.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1-2 years of success in high-pressure environments (Automotive, Construction, or Retail). Proven ability to manage multi‑unit operations with a focus on revenue growth, market expansion, and territory management.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Leadership & Persuasion: Expert in conflict resolution and high‑stakes negotiation. Skilled at leading diverse stakeholder groups through the "buying journey" and closing complex deals in fast-paced markets.
• Territory Mobility: Highly disciplined and mobile; prepared for daily field sales activities and client site visits throughout the Metro Manila area. Must know how to drive and with Driver's License.
