Job summary

Suntrust Properties, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer to oversee the civil works construction of a condominium project and its amenities up to turnover to Condo Corp.

You will guide contractors in interpreting drawings and specifications, and ensure work aligns with approved plans. You will inspect contractor activities, verify material usage, and conduct testing at every stage, reporting findings to the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• With a valid PRC License.
• Minimum of three (3) years of related work experience.

• Monitor the civil works construction of the condominium and its amenities until turnover to Condo Corp.
• Orient contractors in the interpretation of construction drawings and specifications.
• Inspect contractor and admin worker activities to ensure work aligns with approved plans and that materials are properly utilized.
• Conduct material testing at each stage and submit findings to the Project Manager.
• Perform punch-lists of all completed works on units to ensure readiness for unit owners.

Job description

• Responsible for monitoring the civil works construction of condominium including its amenities until turnover of the units to Condo Corp.
• Helps/orient the contractors in the interpretation of the construction drawings and specifications.
• Inspects the construction activities of the contractors and admin workers to ensure that the work are executed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications and that the material used (by Admin workers) are properly utilized.
• Inspects and conducts material testing on every stages of works submits the finding to the Project Manager'
• Conducts punch-list of all completed works on units to ensure that said units are ready and acceptable to the unit owners.

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• With a valid PRC License
• Minimum of three (3) years of related work experience
