Responsibilities

• Extensive involvement during procurement stage of projects e.g Bill of quantities, Detailed Unit Price Analysis, Payment Schedule
• Preparation of documentary requirements for the progress Billing of projects accomplished, statement of work accomplished, Billing statement
• Cost Engineering
• Review of plans and preparation of Material and Labor Cost Estimates
• Oversee expenditure per site to track sufficiency of budget per site
• Quantification of payables to Subcontractors
• Construction Management
• Monitoring of project schedule and Cash Flow, and tracking completion
• Drafting of Contracts/Memorandum of agreement with subcontractors
• Point-person during coordination meetings with clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor ss Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Preferably a Licensed Engineer
• With experience in procurement, cost engineering, and construction management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, cost estimation, and project scheduling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and construction management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
