Job summary

Suntrust Properties, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Civil Engineer to monitor the civil works of condominium projects and amenities through turnover, ensuring workmanship aligns with approved plans.

You will guide contractors on drawings, inspect activities, conduct material testing, and prepare punch lists to certify unit readiness. PRC license and 3+ years' experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• With a valid PRC license.
• Minimum of three (3) years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor civil works construction of condominium including amenities until turnover to Condo Corp.
• Orient contractors in the interpretation of the construction drawings and specifications.
• Inspect construction activities to ensure work aligns with approved plans and proper material usage by Admin workers.
• Inspect and conduct material testing at all stages and report findings to the Project Manager.
• Conduct punch-list of all completed works to ensure units are ready and acceptable to the unit.

Job description

Broad Functions:

• Responsible for monitoring the civil works construction of condominium including its amenities until turnover of the units to Condo Corp.




• Helps/orient the contractors in the interpretation of the construction drawings and specifications.




• Inspects the construction activities of the contractors and admin workers to ensure that the work are executed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications and that the material used (by Admin workers) are properly utilized.




• Inspects and conducts material testing on every stages of works submits the finding to the Project Manager'




• Conducts punch-list of all completed works on units to ensure that said units are ready and acceptable to the unit

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering




• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications




• With a valid PRC License




• Minimum of three (3) years of related work experience
