Job summary

Shakey’s Pizza Asia Ventures Inc. (SPAVI) in General Santos is seeking a Construction Coordinator to ensure stores are built and renovated to plan and design standards at optimal cost and time.

You will handle store construction and renovation projects, review plans, coordinate with malls, lessors, franchisees and LGUs, prepare equipment packages, and verify readiness for store openings through field inspections.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret plans.
• Preferably can navigate AutoCAD.
• Proficient using MS Office.
• At least 1 year experience in construction.
