Job summary

Potato Corner in General Santos requires a construction coordinator to manage store builds and renovations. You will review plans, coordinate with malls, lessors, franchisees and LGUs, and ensure equipment and facilities are ready at opening. Regular site inspections and field work are expected.

Candidates should read and interpret plans and preferably navigate AutoCAD, with at least 1 year of construction experience. Active communication is needed for timely project delivery.

To ensure that stores are built, and renovated, according to plan and design standards at the least cost and time possible but at a high-quality level.

• Handle store construction and renovation projects.
• Review plans & recommend them if necessary.
• Coordinate with malls, lessors, Franchisees and LGUs (as needed)

• Ensures construction is based on plans and standards and ensures equipment and facilities are complete upon store opening.
• To do site inspection and field work most of the time
