Job description

A Store Construction Supervisor manages the end-to-end process of building or renovating retail outlets. They ensure that technical specifications, budgets, and timelines are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Responsible for project management for new store construction and improvements/renovation and maintenance of the company's retail outlets, including set-up for events, exhibits, and other architectural-related projects
• Accountable for project openings, turnover, and completion of pertinent governmental requirements
• Ensure that project budgets are met and quality standards of retail design are maintained

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a related function
• With technical expertise and knowledge of design presentation, project management, and construction supervision
• Technical know-how on the latest version of AutoCAD; familiarity with Photoshop/Corel Draw and 3D Max
• Ability to interact with mall administration, clients, and has established a network with contractors, construction workforce, government personnel, and professional allied services
• Willing to be hired on a project-based basis for 2-3 months
• Willing to work and be assigned in General Santos City
