Job Description
- In coordination with Architect III, Architect IV, and the Division’s Officer-in-Charge, the Project Officer shall lead the development of the project’s initial vision, plan and design concept including establishing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- They shall also conduct studies to assess the site condition, obtaining necessary permits and approval, processing procurement documents and ensuring that the project is in compliance with applicable standards and other relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.
- The Project Office shall be responsible in coordinating efforts across various disciplines, assisting the supervision of the project and overseeing the entire process throughout project completion.
- Shall assist the senior architects and the team in refining design concepts, creating sketches, rendering drawings, and formulating architectural ideas.
- Helps in creating space layouts, floor plans and other functional designs for buildings and spaces.
- Reviews submittals from contractor to ensure compliance with design for buildings and spaces.
- Reviews submittals from contractor to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards as well as conduct site visits to track the quality of work and the progress of the project.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- Experience: One (1) year of relevant work experience
- Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training
- Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) 2nd Level Eligibility (Preferred but not required)
