Job summary

Epicurean Partners Exchange Inc. in Makati is seeking a qualified Construction Project Engineer to coordinate with Business Development, Architects, and service teams for planning and construction of store sites throughout the year.

You will conduct site reviews, measure and verify layouts, oversee safety and quality, participate in design reviews, and lead weekly coordination meetings to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or equivalent.
• Exposure to AutoCAD and project documentation.
• Experience in project management and process improvement.
• Certified Safety Officer is an advantage.
• 4–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Background in Restaurant, Retail or Mall industry preferred.
• Ability to perform cost estimation.
• Willing to be assigned in Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Business Development and Architects on planning and construction for store sites.
• Conduct Technical Site Review of proposed store sites.
• Conduct joint site measurements with mall representatives, Service Engineering, BD Representative, Architects and consultants.
• Oversee all on-site and off-site constructions to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Participate in planning and design reviews for renovations and new stores.
• Conduct weekly jobsite coordination meetings to address construction issues.
• Monitor all construction activities to ensure schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.

Job Description:

• Coordinates with the Business Development and the Architects on planning, construction for the construction of stores sites for the entire year.

• Conducts Technical Site Review of the proposed store site.

• Conducts joint site measurements with mall representatives, Service Engineering Department, Business Development Representative, Architects and architectural consultant to verify the correct measurements.

• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations

• Participates in the planning and design of proposed and renovations of existing stores by checking on the plans prepared and giving suggestions.

• Conducts weekly jobsite coordination meeting to tackle construction related issues.

• Checks, inspects, monitors and coordinates all construction activities to ensure that target schedule is met, in accordance with the approved design and specifications, cost are within budget and quality standards are kept.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or equivalent.

• Knowledgeable in Autocad,with exposure on Project Management, Process Improvement and documentation.

• Certified Safety Officer is an advantage.

• With extensive 4-5 years' work experience relevant to the position.

• Preferably with background and exposure on Restaurant, Retail or Mall industry.

• Can perform cost estimation.

• Willing to be assigned in Makati City.
